Deck Builders in Eagle

Eagle decks are bigger and more designed than Meridian decks. Where a Meridian project is often a 300 square foot rectangle off a slider, an Eagle project is more likely to be a multi-level build wrapping two sides of the house with a covered outdoor kitchen at one end. Budgets run accordingly: $45,000 to $150,000 is a normal band for a full outdoor living build here, and the design phase takes real time because the deck is being drawn rather than sized.

The Boise River corridor runs along Eagle's southern edge, and it puts a genuine constraint on some properties. Riverfront and floodplain lots come with elevation requirements and setback rules that shape where a structure can go, and those are questions for the city and the flood map before anyone frames anything. This is one of the few places in the valley where the site work, not the deck, is the difficult part of the project.

The foothills lots north of town bring the same elevation issues as the Boise foothills: sloped ground, tall post assemblies, deeper footings, longer stair runs, and often a walkout basement below that turns the deck into a roof over a patio. That last detail is a different build entirely, because a deck over living or usable space needs a drainage system beneath the boards rather than open joists.
